FA labs around the world. Their systems consist of Single and Dual-Acid
IC De-capsulation systems, three different Reactive Ion Etch systems,
and IC Test systems to check for open/short, IDDq and power curve. NSC
systems are known for their ease of use, and reliability.
And now NSC has announced the FB200, a new desktop curve tracer
testing unit designed for small labs and individual engineers to use right
at their desk.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
ES312 Dry Decapsulation System
The new ES-312 Dry Decapper from Nippon Scientific has been designed
to decap packages with die that have materials on them that are unable
to withstand the rigors of the acid decapping process. This compact
system utilizes Reactive Ion Gas, and can process up to 6 samples
simultaneously. The sample stage is precisely controlled between 40 and
60 C using a Peltier air cooling element ensuring a highly repeatable
process.
FX Series Automatic I/O Testing System
The FX Series offers ideal high speed operation for OPEN and SHORT
testing on todays high pin count devices.
FB200 Curve Tracer 2nd Generation
PS-102 Series
Decapsulation of IC/LSI is the first step for failure analysis. Vital internal
information of devices under test is exposed by decapsulation. The
recently released PS-102 series are self-contained systems that perform
the definitive decapsulation of plastic mold IC packages.
PS-102S
The PS-102S is a single acid bottle decapsulation system. It can work with
fuming nitric, sulfuric, fuming sulfuric and mixed acids at temperatures
between 40 and 250°C.
PS-102W
The PS-102W is the dual acid bottle version of the PS-102 series. It
works with the same acids and temperature range as the PS-102S. Due
to the dual bottle system it can automatically mix sulfuric and nitric acid at
your preferred ratio.
Both PS-102 systems were developed for not only outstanding
decapsulation quality, but also safety, reliability, and ease of operation.
Results enable accurate inspection and failure analysis.

Sample Preparation System
This Micro Router is an advanced touch-screen system specially
designed for Sample Preparation producing accurate and fast results by
Milling on the Mold Compound of the Samples to be decapped. It uses a
high performance Endmill.
